To process your order, we will need contact person, billing address, shipping address, payment information, and courseware items. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, Money Order and Purchase Orders (US Companies only).

Shipping:

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the downloads page of our Web site where you can download each of your courses. Each course is archived individually so you can quickly download the courses you need the most first.

Orders are also shipped to you on a Compact Disc, after receipt of the order. All orders are sent via Priority Mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Standard US Shipping incurs no shipping charges.

Order Policy

All orders must be paid in U.S. Currency. Foreign Orders must be prepaid (credit card, check or money order payable in US currency). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

Please verify your shipment upon arrived. If there is an error or omission in your shipment, contact us immediately. Courseware that is purchased cannot be returned for refund. Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged at no charge.
