Missing Artwork in iTunes 1

In the last post, we looked at how to insert Album Artwork for CD’s that you import into iTunes. However, there are times when the iTunes store cannot find Artwork for your album. If this is the case, you will need to add your own Artwork.

To add Missing Artwork in iTunes:

  1. If the iTunes store cannot find Artwork for our CD, navigate to Google’s Web site with your Web Browser.
  2. Click “Images” on the Google Web page.
  3. In the Search box, type in the name for of your CD (i.e. “Awake CD”).
  4. When you find the desired CD cover (Album Artwork), download it to your computer.
  5. Copy the file to your iTunes > Album Artwork > Download folder.
  6. In iTunes, select all of the songs for the album for which you want to add artwork.
  7. Select File > Get Info from the menu. Click “Yes” when asked if you want to get information for multiple items.
  8. Double-click the white Artwork box.
