Having same problem as Joel addressed on Jan 15, 2012 @ 9:49. (Tried to use the control key to see if addl recipients could be added, but that didn’t work.)

I found this site via “help” in Outlook and given its age I am not sure if this thread is still active. But the question of how to create the “group” is not explained above. Creating the name is one thing; getting a list of email addresses to BCC is quite another. Outlook 2007 will alllow only one address per contact (although 2 additional alternates are permitted). How do you create a list of addresses to BCC without having to re-type them each time you send to the “group”?

As mentioned in the article, you would create a group and add the addresses of the recipients to the group. Then, add the group to the BCC or to the “To” field of your email message.

That was totally not helpful. Where do I put the multiple recipients addresses if I want to keep them undisclosed?

From the Outlook menu, click Tools > Account Settings. Select the account you want to modify and then click change. In the “Your Name” box, type in the name you want to appear in the From field (i.e “Undisclosed”). In the e-mail address box, type in the e-mail address you want displayed. This must be in a valid email format, such as nobody@noone.com. This will then provide a fake e-mail address and name. Hope that helps.

That answer is for field TO will apper as undisclosed-recipients, the question is : How to create email and in the FROM FIELD will see as undisclosed-recipients , so the recipients can not see my email address, please help, Thanks.
