Quickly Jump to a Specific Page in Word 2007

by rhyttinen on August 24, 2009

When working in Word, you may at times wish to quickly jump to a specific page without having to scroll through your entire document, especially if you are working with longer documents. By using the Go To command (located under the Go To tab of the Find and Replace dialog box), you can jump to a specific page number. If you are working with sections, bookmarks, or footnotes, you can also use this command to find the item you are looking for.

Go To Page dialog box

To Jump to a Specific Page in your Document

  1. Press the F5 key
    Or
Press the Ctrl + G keystroke combination.
  2. In the Go to what: box, click Page.
  3. Enter the page number in the text box.
  4. Click the Go To button
  5. Click Close when finished.
