If you have an e-mail list or newsletter that others can subscribe to, it is a good idea to tell them to add your e-mail address to their Safe Senders list in Outlook. This ensures that your e-mails will not end up in their trash folder.
Keep in mind however, that not everyone knows what a Safe Senders list is or how to add an e-mail address or domain to it. Therefore, it may be a good idea to provide them instructions as well.
