Bulleted Lists in Excel

In Excel, there is no Bullet or Numbering icon with which you can easily create a bulleted list like you have in Word or PowerPoint. But there is a way! To create a bulleted list in Excel, you will need to create a custom format which you can then apply to any text entries.

To Create Bulleted Lists in Excel

  1. Select the cells to which you want to apply bullets.
  2. Click the dialog launcher on the Number group on the Home Ribbon to display the Format Cells dialog box.
