Insert WordArt into a PowerPoint Slide

by rhyttinen on October 15, 2009

WordArt is a gallery of text styles and effects that you can add to your presentations. With WordArt, you can add spectacular effects to the text of your slides – you can shadow it, bevel it, mirror it, and make it glow. In addition, PowerPoint 2007 allows you convert existing text into WordArt format. As with text boxes, you can apply formatting to WordArt shape as well as change the text itself.
