Print a Word Table in Landscape

by rhyttinen on February 8, 2010

If you have a table in a Word document that is too wide for portrait orientation, you can print the only the table in landscape (and keep the rest of your document in portrait). To do this, you must first select the entire table.

To Print a Table in Landscape Orientation:

  1. Move your mouse pointer over the table and click the small cross icon that appears on the top left of the table. Click the icon to select the entire table.
  2. Click the Page Layout tab on the Ribbon.
  3. Click the Page Setup dialog box launcher to display the Page Setup dialog box.

  4. Click the Landscape icon.

  5. Click OK.
