How is the courseware delivered to me?

Once we receive your order, we will send you a link to the downloads page of our Web site from where you can download your individual courses. You can download your courses at any time from this link.

Do I have to renew my courseware license?

No. When you purchase our courseware, it is yours forever. There are no renewal fees or any other hidden fees. You can use it for as long as you like.

What software program(s) do I need to use or modify the courseware?
The courseware manuals are in Microsoft Word format. This format can also be read by Microsoft Word for the Macintosh as well as several other applications. The Lesson Files are in the application format for that particular course. If you wish to receive your manuals in a different file format such as Adobe Acrobat, WordPerfect, or Star Office, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate you. Note however, that courseware in Adobe Acrobat format cannot be modified.

What are the advantages of ordering the entire courseware library?
When you order our Complete Courseware Library, our Windows Courseware Library or our Macintosh Courseware Library, you will receive every course that we are currently offering under that particular area (the Complete Courseware Library includes ALL of our courses, both for Windows and Macintosh), potentially saving your hundreds of dollars. Additionally, you will receive FREE updates of any new courses that we add in the next year which you can download from our web site. An email will be sent to you notifying you when a new course has been added to our library.

Will I receive updates if I only purchase individual courses?
No. Updates are only included when you purchase the Complete Courseware Library, the Windows Courseware Library or the Macintosh Courseware Library.

Can I use the Courseware at more than one site?
Each license that you purchase can be used at only one site. This means that you can make unlimited copies of any course that you purchase for use at one physical location. If you wish to use the courseware at more than one site, you will need to purchase additional site licenses. Multi-site licenses are available at a greatly discounted price. Contact us for a price quote.

Can the students keep the manuals?
Yes. Students can keep any manual used in taking a course from you as long as a site license was purchased.

Can I resell the manuals?
No. You cannot sell the manuals to any third parties. They are to be used only by students in an instructor-led classroom environment on the site for which you purchase the license agreement. Whether or not you charge students additionally for the manuals is up to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, money order, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) and purchase orders (US orders only). Courseware purchased with a purchase order must be paid in full in 30 days.

Do I have to place my order online?
No. If you prefer, you can download our order form (in Adobe Acrobat format) and either mail your order to us or call us toll free at 888-417-9072 to place an order.

What is your return policy?
As the format of our courses is customizable by you and in electronic format, you cannot return any courseware that you purchased. However, you can preview the first three chapters of each of our courses on the Courses page before ordering.

Do you create Custom courses?
Yes. If you need a specific course that is not offered at time, please contact us to see if we can create a custom course for you.
