How is the courseware delivered to me?
Once we receive your order, we will send you a link to the downloads page of our Web site from where you can download your individual courses. You can download your courses at any time from this link.
Do I have to renew my courseware license?
No. There are no subscription or renewal fees. Once you purchase a courseware license, you're free to use the courseware for as long as you like.
What about course updates?
If you order the complete Courseware Library, you are entitled to free updates for one year. This includes any new courses that we add as well as any updates to existing courses. After that time, you will be given the option to continue on with the Courseware Update Service for $550 per year, if you so choose. There are no updates for individual course purchases - Complete Library only.
Can I purchase individual courses?
Yes you can! We now offer the option to purchase any of our courses individually for $295 each. From our main menu, click on Individual Courses and then click Courses for Mac or Courses for Windows to see available items.
What software program(s) do I need to use or modify the courseware?
The courseware manuals are in Microsoft Word format. This format can be read by Microsoft Word for Windows, Microsoft Word for Macintosh as well as many other word processing applications. The Lesson Files are in the application format for that particular course. If you're teaching online, you may distribute the course manual -- only in PDF Format -- to each student. You can save a manual in PDF format from within Microsoft Word.
What is The Complete Courseware Library?
When you order our Complete Courseware Library, you will receive access to ALL of our courses, both for Windows and Macintosh, potentially saving your hundreds of dollars. Additionally, you will receive FREE updates of any new courses that we add which you can download from our website, as long as your license is current. An email will be sent to you notifying you when a new course has been added to our library.
Can I use the Courseware to teach online?
Yes. You may use the courseware to teach in-person or online courses. If teaching online, instructors may issue each student a copy of the manual as long as it’s in PDF format and is non-editable. Additionally, each student may be provided a copy of the Lesson Files so that they can work along with the instructor.
Can the students keep the manuals?
Yes. Students can keep any manual used in taking a course from you.
Can I resell the manuals?
No. You cannot sell the manuals to any third parties. They are to be used only by students in an instructor-led classroom or remote environment on the site for which you purchase the license agreement. Whether or not you charge students additionally for the manuals is up to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, money order, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) and purchase orders (US orders only). Courseware purchased with a purchase order must be paid in full in 30 days.
Do I have to place my order online?
No. If you prefer, you can call us toll free at to place an order.
What is your return policy?
Given that the format of our courses is customizable by you and in electronic format, you cannot return any courseware that you purchased. However, you can preview the first three chapters of each of our courses on the Courses page before ordering.
Do you create Custom courses?
At this time, we do not create custom courses. However, if you have an idea for a course, free free to email us and let us know!

Do you offer instructor review copies?
You can download the first three chapters of each of our courses from our course pages. Click on All Courses on the menu and then click the name of the course you want to view. Toward the bottom of the course page will be a preview link and an outline link.
